The population on planet earth has skyrocketed since the 20th century. With over 8 Billion people on it, the earth is overused. We use so many resources that we will need a second and a third planet to sustain ourselves.

This is one of the challenges of our time and the UK based organisation Populations Matters is working hard to provide solutions. One of these solutions works through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. These goals aim to create a more livable planet for everyone.

To showcase its commitment and explain the need for change, Population Matters looked to create an animation video. Beyond Borders Media worked together with Population Matters to create an animation videos to do right that.

Besides creating it in 3D, which was a lengthy process, the animation video was combined with video imagery to illustrate what we are discussing. This resulted in an interesting mix to become this SDG Animation Video; an appeal for change.
